Welcome to the team, Francis!

We are thrilled to welcome our newest member to the Rapid IT team, Francis Whitehead, who has joined us as our new Marketing & Brand Coordinator. 

Francis will be helping us tell our story, showcase what we do, and bring fresh ideas to our brand and marketing. We’re really excited to have him on board and can’t wait to see the impact he makes. 

Francis has had a jam-packed onboarding week, gaining a wealth of knowledge about sustainable IT recycling, secure data destruction, certified IT asset disposal and so much more. This is because Rapid IT does it differently, with all their services maintaining the highest standards to be fully sustainable and fully compliant. 

With all the processes we run in the world of IT Refurbishment, Francis has some clear objectives. 

What do you want to achieve here at Rapid IT? 

“At Rapid IT, I’d like to do all I can to spread the word about what we do and see our business grow to substantial levels. We’ve got big plans for the future, and I’m especially glad to be at the helm of it all!” 

How have you found your time at Rapid IT so far? 

“From my time spent here so far, it didn’t take long at all to gather that this is an outstanding place to work. I’m based in the upstairs office with the lovely kitchen and brew-making facilities, but I like to take a look at everything that goes on in the warehouse too. Everyone has such a positive drive for change and no matter what comes in, they get to it relentlessly."

What is a highlight of working here? 

“A highlight for me is every other week when Nicole makes us lunch (with occasional brews in between)!”
