Returns Policy Information

All items we sell come with a 30 day RTB (Return to base) warranty. Any items deemed faulty will either be replaced or refunded at our discretion. We check all serial numbers and/or tamper-proof markings on all returned items; any sign of tampering will invalidate any warranty. If your item is genuinely faulty or not as described, the return shipping costs will be reimbursed to you, up to a limit of £8.

We recommend customers use Parcel 2 Go for returns, as they offer extremely competitive shipping rates. Special order items may not be returned unless faulty.

We fully comply with Distance Selling Regulations for Consumers. As a consumer, you have a right to change your mind during a 14 day cooling off period. If you choose to return an item as unwanted, you are responsible for covering your own return postage and it's costs. The item has to be returned in its original packaging, so as to avoid damage on its return journey. If there are parts missing, we may not grant a full refund, or any refund at all until missing parts are received. When Returning an item, please always include a form found at - this will greatly speed up the returns process and help us amend any issues.
